Terminology

“School of Discount”, “SchoolofDiscount.sg”, “our” refers to the proprietors of School of Discount LLP, staffs of School of Discount LLP and School of Discount LLP, the business itself.

“Merchant” refers to any advertise or partners that render the internet advertising service provided by School of Discount LLP

“You, your” refers to any individual that surf SchoolofDiscount.sg website.

By accessing SchoolofDiscount.sg, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance of Service

Any accessing, viewing, or otherwise using, copying of any of the information or services created, collected, compiled or submitted to SchoolofDiscount.sg, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service. You understand, agree and acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SchoolofDiscount.sg.

You understand and agree that your use of SchoolofDiscount.sg is entirely at your own risk and that our services are provided "As Is" and "As Available". SchoolofDiscount.sg does not make any implied warranties, endorsements or representations whatsoever, as to the operation of the SchoolofDiscount.sg website, information, content, materials, or products. This shall include but not be limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and warranties that access to or use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the service will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that SchoolofDiscount.sg and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This shall include but not be limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, loss of programs or information or other intangible loss arising from the use of or the inability to use the service, or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service or access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information. The above limitation shall apply whether or not SchoolofDiscount.sg has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages are not allowed, the liability of SchoolofDiscount.sg is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

7. External Content and Website

SchoolofDiscount.sg may include hyperlinks to third-party content, advertising or websites. You acknowledge and agree that SchoolofDiscount.sg is not responsible for and does not endorse any advertising, products or resource available from such resources or websites.

8. Jurisdiction

You understand and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country, state, province or territory determined solely by SchoolofDiscount.sg to resolve any legal matter arising from this agreement or related to your use of SchoolofDiscount.sg. If the court of law having jurisdiction rules that any provision of the agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms and the remaining Terms will continue to be valid.

9. Entire Agreement

You understand and agree that the above Terms constitute the entire general agreement between you and SchoolofDiscount.sg. You may be subject to additional Terms and Conditions when you use, purchase or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material.

10. Contest and Claiming of Prizes

Winners of contest run by SchoolofDiscount.sg must produce a valid student ez-link bearing the student’s identification number as registered with SchoolofDiscount.sg, upon collection of their prizes. SchoolofDiscount.sg reserves the right to deny any claim of prizes, if the winners of the contest are unable to produce a document to prove their student’s identity.

11. Changes to the Terms

SchoolofDiscount.sg reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of SchoolofDiscount.sg after any changes to Terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.

12. Discounts and Privileges

The privileges and discounts provided by the merchants advertising in SchoolofDiscount.sg website are only for student. In order to enjoy the privileges and discounts, student must possess a valid student ez-link card, matriculation card or any related document bearing the student’s name to prove his/her identity as a student. You understand and agree the merchant reserves the rights not to offer such privileges and discounts as shown on SchoolofDiscount.sg website, if you are not able to produce such documents for verification.

13. Discrepancies between physical and virtual contents

SchoolofDiscount.sg shall not be held liable to any discrepancies, changes or termination of the physical discounts provided by its merchants without prior notice to SchoolofDiscount.sg.
